Independent Pre-School Gymnastics 3.5-5yrs
Our activities will help children to learn basic movement skills with the experience of managing their bodies, and incorporates the pleasure of moving and listening to music.
Pre-school Gymnastics develops co-ordination, balance, movement skills and confidence in a fun gymnastics environment!
The main aim of my programme is for children to learn that movement and activity is fun and enjoyable. This will encourage children's interest in ALL TYPES OF SPORTS and will lead to healthier active children and fitter adults.
Pre-school gymnastics provides a stimulating play environment that is the key to starting children in sport and getting them active for life. Pre School Gym can provide social, physical, intellectual, creative awareness and improve concentration, skills and confidence.
